Tri-State Travels protects customer personal information through multiple security measures. We use secure booking platforms (Lodgify PMS, Airbnb, Booking and VRBO) that encrypt payment and personal data with industry-standard SSL encryption. Guest verification is conducted through Truvi verification service to protect both parties. We limit access to customer information to essential team members only whose handling bookings and communications. All guest data including contact information, payment details, and booking history is stored securely within our password-protected property management system. We do not share, sell, or distribute guest information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill reservations. Our team is trained on data privacy best practices, and we comply with applicable data protection regulations.
